Robert Hall has been in the financial services and mortgage industry since 1979 and started his own successful business in 1996. Today, Ayr Independent Mortgage Consultancy can boast an extensive number of satisfied customers from across Scotland who have seen first hand the benefits of using an independent mortgage broker.

Robert and the firm can deal with first time and next time buyers, re-mortgages, mortgages for customers with adverse credit, mortgages for the self-employed, home moves, second/holiday homes or council house right-to-buy customers and much, much more.

Robert also runs Independent Property Consultancy, a property letting and development company and is therefore particularly well placed to advise on buy to let mortgages.

Robert says: We offer no-obligation quotes on all our products and services, and as these can be big decisions for our clients, its important to keep them fully aware of what is happening at all stages of the mortgage process.
Appointments are entirely arranged around the clients needs, we can go out to visit them or they can come to the office, and we will provide laptop examples of all costing from start to finish. There are often thousands of different products for customers to choose from if need be.
Furthermore, and very importantly, WE DO NOT CHARGE A BROKING FEE!
