to waverley puplishing . i have just purchased abook of yours the complete book of mince and i am impressed ineed this book to help me eat as i have just been told i have cancer in the tube where your food goes down and it is blocked by to thirds and it will soon close and they cannot operate becouse i have aheart problem with this book and my own knowledge being a chef as well i am going to keep a diary of my eating problem and what i can eat and the problems created by this as i have been told i only hav months to live i would like my wife to send you my diary when i pass away as i would like it published or passed on to acancer trust that can do some good from it and i would like to create som new mince recipies thanking you barry bellows
