    We ordered pale green chair sashes in satin and organza for our wedding and instead were provided with teal coloured sashes which completely clashed with our table centrepieces, bridesmaids, cake, etc. When we contacted Platinum Linen Hire to say how disappointed we were they consistently maintained they'd provided us with what we asked for and refused to take any responsibility or refund any of the cost. Very poor service.
